This is not your usual sound bath.

This is a deeply healing sound massage where you experience the vibrations of unique therapeutic singing bowls placed directly on your body. These bowls do not have any high-pitch tones so they are suitable even for individuals with sensitive ears.

WHAT
1-on-1 session of 90min for 2000inr

You spend the session lying down and relaxing completely. I place the bowls on and around your body. I play them in a specific order, cleansing and restoring your energetic system of chakras and channels. You might fall asleep. At the end of the session, you rest a bit and drink a lot of water to complete the cleanse.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

There might be some symptoms of cleansing and release after the session - headache or dizziness, increased urinating or loose bowel motions, your sleep might be affected. That is all part of the process and nothing to worry about. It is your body getting rid of the old energies and toxins.

I am a passionate Yoga & Ayurveda therapist, educator and a devoted student of Dr Arun Sharma’s here in Bhagsu. I originally come from Prague, the Czech Republic, but my love for Yoga and Ayurveda has taken me many places and right now I am finding myself most at home right here in India.
