Sweet kale shake (vegan)
Very yummy and sweet, as well as light and detoxifying. Add the infamous kale to your diet in the form of this amazing smoothie.
This is what you blend, until smooth
kale leaves (without the sticks)
almonds
dates
vegan milk of your choice (ideally homemade)
a tiny bit of salt and vanilla essence (optional)
You can also use coconut sugar for more sweetening.
Choose the proportions of these ingredients depending on how sweet (more dates and almonds) or detoxifying (more kale) you want the smoothie to be.
I usually put 1 leaf, 1 handful of almonds and 4-5 dates per portion, double that for 2 people etc.
